PARTIAL TOTALS

NOTE

Button layout

The meter has four buttons. On the RS-01 they run 1, 2, 3, 4 from left to right, Button 1 on the far left and Button 4 on the far right. On the S-01 they run top to bottom, Button 1 at the top and Button 4 at the bottom. On both models, Buttons 1 and 2 move back and forth through the menu, Button 3 is enter, and Button 4 is back.

What "partial" means

These are your own running figures — takings, distance and jobs since the last time they were cleared. Use them for a shift, a week, or however you like to count your work.

Clearing cannot be undone

Once you clear the partial totals they are gone and start again from zero. Print them first if you want a record. Clearing these does NOT affect the permanent totals, which can never be erased.

STEPS — READING THE TOTALS

  1. From "FOR HIRE", press Button 3 to open the menu.
  2. Press Button 1 or Button 2 until "PARTIAL STAT" appears.PARTIAL STAT
  3. Press Button 3 to open the partial totals.
  4. Press Button 1 or Button 2 to scroll through the readings.see table below
  5. Hold Button 4 for 3 seconds to print all the figures.printer required

STEPS — CLEARING THE TOTALS

  1. With the partial totals on screen, hold Button 3 for 3 seconds.
  2. Press Button 1 or Button 2 to choose YES or NO.YES / NO
  3. Press Button 3 to confirm. Choose YES and the figures reset to zero.no going back

Switching the meter OFF and ON

The meter always remembers the last settings state it was in. Pressing Button 3 from "FOR HIRE" returns you to whichever settings menu you were last in. By default the meter comes up in the "switch off taximeter" menu. The dedicated function to actually switch the meter OFF is a long-press of Button 4. To switch it back ON, press Button 2 or Button 3.
